In 2020, building upon her extensive background in pediatric psychology, Dr. Roman completed a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, formalizing her training in speech and language disorders and further strengthening her clinical work with children presenting with complex developmental needs. She successfully completed her Clinical Fellowship in private practice in May 2025.

Dr. Roman’s dual training in psychology and speech-language pathology allows her to address developmental needs within a comprehensive clinical framework. She is dedicated to fostering meaningful developmental progress, empowering families, and providing compassionate, interdisciplinary care.
